Mini, rich chocolate sponge cakes topped with a fresh, double cream swirl and home-made sour cherry compôte, all sprinkled with dark chocolate shavings (approx. 16g each).

Other: Thaw and serve: Simply arrange cakes on a platter whilst frozen. Leave to defrost for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Defrosted refrigerated storage 6 hours.
